Have you already booked your stay directly with Four Seasons? There is a good chance you can still add Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits to your reservation.
β Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits, perks and amenities
β Your existing reservation can usually remain unchanged
β No need to cancel and rebook
β Personalised attention and extra care throughout your stay
β Assistance with special requests, dining and experiences
β Help coordinating transfers, spa appointments and activities
β No booking fees
β

You donβt necessarily need to cancel your existing booking and make a new one through a travel advisor. In many cases, the existing reservation can simply be transferred to a Four Seasons Preferred Partner agency, while keeping the same rate and booking conditions.
β
β
It is very simple. If you already have a Four Seasons reservation, you can share your reservation confirmation number, last name and stay dates with a Four Seasons Preferred Partner advisor.
The advisor can then request for the existing reservation to be taken over by their agency and have the applicable Preferred Partner amenities added to the booking.
The important part is that your existing rate and booking conditions do not change. You are not booking a different room or changing your reservation simply to receive the benefits. The existing reservation remains in place, with the Preferred Partner amenities added on top.
β
β
Depending on the property and the applicable programme, Preferred Partner amenities can include benefits such as:
β Daily breakfast for two
β A hotel credit to use during your stay
β A welcome amenity
β Early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability
β A room upgrade, subject to availability
The exact benefits vary between hotels, so I always recommend checking what applies to your particular reservation and property.
β
β
In the vast majority of cases, adding Preferred Partner benefits to an existing Four Seasons reservation is very straightforward. There are, however, occasional exceptions. Certain special rates, packages or booking types may not be eligible for Preferred Partner benefits, so it is always worth checking before assuming they can be added.
It is not something that happens often, but it can happen. In most cases, however, there is no need to worry about cancelling your existing reservation or losing the rate you have already secured.
β
β
You may hear the phrase βthe agency will take over the booking.β This simply means that the Four Seasons Preferred Partner agency becomes the travel advisor associated with your existing reservation. It does not mean that you are changing your hotel, room, dates or rate.
The reservation remains your reservation, the agency is simply added to it so that the applicable Preferred Partner benefits can be provided.
β
β
If you have already made a Four Seasons reservation directly, you donβt need to do anything complicated.
Simply send me your Four Seasons reservation confirmation number, the name of the hotel, last name and stay dates, and I can check whether the booking is eligible for Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits.
If it is eligible, I can arrange for the reservation to be taken over by Sojournelle's hosting agency and request the applicable Preferred Partner amenities; without changing your existing rate or booking conditions.
It can be a very simple way of making an already-booked Four Seasons stay a little more special.
Why not check before your trip? If you have already booked Four Seasons directly, send me the confirmation number, dates and last name. And Iβll take a look.
